Hi! I’m Kate. It’s so nice to meet you! I’ve been teaching barre for over 13 years and have led more than 4,000 classes. I love teaching barre and love welcoming first-time students. My classes are always modifiable for every level while still challenging for seasoned athletes. I’ve recently added sculpt classes to the mix- they are fun, spicy, yet still accessible to all.
