Hi! I’m Kate and it’s really nice to meet you. I’ve been teaching barre for over 13 years. I’ve taught over four thousand classes since I began and one of my favorite things is to teach a first time student! My classes are modifiable for everyone but still challenging for fitness veterans. I’ve added sculpt classes to my repertoire and they are no joke! Still for everyone but pretty spicy! I do hope you’ll come take a class, buy a monthly membership or maybe a multi-class pack. We have a lovely community of people here and you will fit right in!
